I reckon First Ascent is a must-see. It's got a bit of everything - bigwall adventure climbing, deperately hard trad, heinous offwidth, ice/mixed, deep water soloing, climbing history, buildering, you name it. As well, a great insight into the process behind the continual advancement of climbing as a sport.
